All our items are made with love and care, we are aware that occasionally things are not always as expected but: 

1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

2. ONE SIZE DRESSES ARE FINAL SALE! NO EXCEPTIONS.

As soon as you receive your order make sure you check all the items carefully. You only have 48 hours to let us know if you need to exchange it for a different size or if it has any factory damage. (We make it our job to best inspect each item before shipping)

3. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE JUST BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LIKE THE ITEM. THAT IS WHY WE FULLY DESCRIBE OUR ITEM WITH PICTURES ON OUR SITE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR FINAL DECISION.

ACCEPTATION:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size you must contact us first, as soon as we process your exchange you can send the item back to us. The item must be in the same condition that you received it. The items must be in unworn condition in original packaging, cam not be washed, free of any odor or perfume. If the item is not in the condition we specify above, your exchange can't be accepted.
